Realtors want to leave the class feeling pumped up and encouraged. 2-3 years ago, instructors didn’t have to think about that. Now they do (or should). Steven David (one of my speakers) has a gift for inter-twining encouragement throughout whatever he is teaching, even something like contracts. THAT is what educators need to do. THAT is what will bring people back to class. Think about your favorite restaurant – you go back because of how you ‘feel’ when you’re there. If educators can provide some of that same ‘feeling’ it won’t matter what they teach – students will come back. Tip for Instructors:
